In his current role, Jose is a telecommunications professional with more than 20 years of experience in cellular connectivity, mobile telephony and smart cards.  As SVP OEM Business Jose is responsible for the OEM P&l as part of the Trusted Connectivity Division at VALID, and his main mission is to boost eSIM adoption within Connected Objects industry, from Consumer Electronics to Internet of Things.

Before this position, Jose has held multiple technical, marketing and sales positions within the Smart Card industry, dealing with Financial Institutions and MNOs across Europe, LATAM, Africa & Asia, starting his career at Alcatel Mobile Phones back in 2000.

Jose has an Industrial Engineering degree from EUITI University of Madrid, where he lives with his wife, son, and dog.
