  • Bertrand Moussel

    R&D Director for the Payment & Telecom Business Unit at VALID

    Since May 2016, Bertrand has held the position of R&D Director Smartcard & Platforms, VALID.

    He started his career in the semiconductor industry with Product Marketing positions at ST and Texas-Instruments. He later joined Gemplus, where he managed Latin American operations for ten years, and Oberthur Technologies. Bertrand then took up a position as CEO at Avilinks, before joining Inside Secure in 2006, and then Dictao, later acquired by IDEMIA.

  • Benoît Collier

    Vice President of Product Line, IDEMIA

    As VP of Product, Benoit is leading the SIM and eUICC product marketing teams, covering 5G, PKI, M2M and SIM devices. He is also in charge of the innovation efforts for Connectivity Services, as well as the central support teams that are developing customer profiles.

    He serves as an active board member at the Trusted Connectivity Alliance, representing IDEMIA. Benoit began his career with IDEMIA in 2001 as a development engineer overseeing programs for identity (PIV, ICAO, eIDAS) applications and smart card products (VISA, Mastercard, EMV). He has extensive experience leading big R&D teams and projects to provide secure solutions for the payment, identity and embedded secure elements (eSE, eUICC, IoT) markets. Benoit spent three years as a development engineer consultant for Syntegra before joining IDEMIA.

    He graduated from Polytech Grenoble in France with an engineering degree in computer science (1999).

    Cyril Caillaud

    Head of eSIM, Product Management and Marketing, NXP

    Cyril has dedicated his expertise to the establishment of secure embedded technology for mobile devices as an integral part of global infrastructures. Today, he is responsible for eSIM related activities at NXP Semiconductors.

    Before joining NXP, Cyril held several roles in product, marketing and partnerships management for secure embedded solutions at IDEMIA, including NFC SIM and embedded Secure Element (eSE) solutions. He also headed the NFC Product Line, and Android Product Line at SAGEM Mobile.

    Cyril started his career at SFR, where he was responsible for the SFR’s Hotspot roll out.

    He has a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications, as well as an engineer degree from EIGSI.

    Stephane Quetglas

    Director of Marketing for Embedded Products at Thales

    Stephane leads marketing activities for Thales eSIM and eSE offers for the consumer and IoT markets, as well as associated value added services. He is also Director of the Board at Trusted Connectivity Alliance. He is in charge of defining the organization’s focus and strategic direction in collaboration with the other members of the board.

    Prior to this, Stephane held roles in R&D, product management, strategic programs and as M&A integration manager. He then joined the IoT Business Line to develop the smart manufacturing business.

    He holds an engineering degree from the Grande Ecole Supelec Paris.

    Claus Dietze

    Senior Director Standardisation, G+D

    In his current role, Claus is responsible for defining and driving strategic standardisation activities within G+D’s business segment Trusted Connected Devices. Prior to this, Claus held various positions in project management, R&D, technology office and product management within G+D since joining the company in 1996.

    Claus has a master’s degree in Computer Sciences from the Collaborative University of Mannheim.
